Tidal energy is a renewable energy derived from harnessing tidal waves. Due to the high cost of building power plants, dams and barrages, this form of energy is not getting the attention that it deserves. However, with the advancement in technology, we do have a slight hope of bringing this form of energy to a good use, keeping in mind the various problems associated with it.
