A news have come from the White House, that U.S. President, Barack Obama has refused the proposal to install solar panels on the rooftop of the White House. This proposal was made by Bill McKibben who is the founder of an environmental activist group who went to the president in a bio-diesel powered van. Earlier in the 1979, President Jimmy Carter, had installed solar panels in the White House to eliminate the use of foreign oil from American and this was used to provide heat and also was a logo’s of America’s free will.
