Best Place to Install Solar Panels

in Solar Energy

This is a university building in Germany. The placement of solar panels in this this building is well integrated with the rest of the building and does not intrude the overall design.

It wasn’t until I posted the image that I noticed the guy at the bottom of the image. I guess he’s concerned about solar power too. Maybe he’s looking after his investment. Maybe he’s tired from all that lecturing about future green energy systems and stepped “out back” for a smoke. Maybe he’s accidentally locked himself out of the building and everyone else has gone home for the night. or… perhaps he isn’t supposed to be there at all. What ever the reason may be. It doesn’t look like he’s going anywhere.

Take a look at this Huffington Post blog:

Maybe more creative places or angles to install solar panels could be used back east where snow covers the solar panels at times rendering them not as effective or useless during the winter.
